[Hiring] Area Supervisor/Cover Cleaner @OCS Group

Role Description

• To have the overall responsibility for the practical organisation of the day-to-day cleaning operation.
• To monitor stocks of cleaning equipment and materials in order that orders can be placed on a timely basis.
• Ensure monthly cleaning audits are carried out.
• Develop and carry out induction procedures with all new staff.
• To organise appropriate training for all cleaning.
• Schedule holiday and sickness cover.
• To ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed, in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a cleaning environment, preferably in a PPP environment.
• Happy to cover areas of cleaning when required by the business during staff shortfalls, holiday and sickness cover.
• A pro-active attitude.
• Good IT/computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word.
• The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectations.
