[Hiring] Archicad Production & Template Specialist @Better-Pros

Role Description

Do you enjoy bringing structure and clarity to architectural workflows while ensuring high-quality documentation? Are you a technically strong Archicad professional with a passion for systems, templates, and production efficiency? We’re looking for a skilled Archicad Production & Template Specialist to support residential (multifamily) projects in California, helping streamline workflows and develop scalable documentation systems. This is a part-time remote opportunity, ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in both production work and systematizing processes.

What you’ll do:

• Support and improve the client’s production workflows across ongoing projects.
• Develop, refine, and maintain Archicad templates to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Translate existing methodologies into structured, repeatable systems.
• Pick up redlines and update drawing sets efficiently and accurately.
• Produce SD–CD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Ensure all deliverables align with U.S. standards and documentation practices.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, acting as an extension of the core team.
• Help organize and systematize project workflows for long-term scalability.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, structure, and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Archicad in production and documentation roles.
• Strong proficiency in BIM workflows and Archicad template development.
• Experience working on residential projects, particularly multifamily housing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to produce and update Construction Document sets independently.
• Experience picking up redlines and maintaining drawing accuracy.
• Strong understanding of U.S. documentation standards and practices.
• Excellent organizational, technical, and system-thinking skills.
• Ability to work remotely, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to translate direction into structured systems.
