Role Description

As an Appeals Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Prioritizing and reprioritizing workload while managing time effectively.
• Accurately and confidentially recording documents and other information using OnBase, the shared system and/or MAS.
• Ordering documentation from external stakeholders.
• Indexing documentation within OnBase.
• Creating and uploading case files in OnBase to ensure accurate reporting.
• Communicating with management regarding process improvements or trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months’ work-related experience.

Requirements

• Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
