[Hiring] API 510/653 Inspector @TIC Solutions

Role Description

Acuren is currently seeking certified API 510/653 inspectors with NACE 2 to support our operations across West, TX. The Visual Inspector API 510/653 conducts visual examinations independently and evaluates materials, welds, and components for conformity with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. This role involves:

• Interpreting procedures
• Recording detailed results
• Reporting findings
• Identifying discontinuities
• Determining acceptability within defined criteria
• Assisting in training Level I personnel

Level II inspectors are expected to demonstrate a solid understanding of:

• Inspection techniques
• Documentation practices
• Quality assurance requirements

Schedule: 6-10's with rotational time off (TBD)

7 days perdiem on worked weeks

Qualifications

• API 510/653 - required
• NACE 2 - Required

Requirements

• Certification of American Petroleum Institute Standards 510 and 653
• NACE II required
• Valid CWI preferred
• 6 years’ experience or 4+ years on site experience
• In-depth working knowledge of API 510/653 and ASME standards
• Experience working in direct support of petrochemical facility engineers
