Requirements

• Manage the end-to-end process of matching clients with top-tier industry experts across China, SEA, Japan, Korea, India, EMEA, and Americas
• Exercise informed judgment to grow key client accounts through strategic expert recommendations and consultation support
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant delivery of expert insights to meet client research and strategic needs
• Provide direct consulting support to global corporate clients, including competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, Japan/Korea go-to-market strategy, and other strategic projects
• Translate client objectives into clear research and advisory solutions, delivering actionable insights
• Lead renewal discussions and proactively engage dormant accounts to maximize client activation and retention
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to deepen partnerships and drive revenue growth
• Develop new client relationships within Japan/Korea seeking international expert insights
• Collaborate with Strategic Client Solutions teams across regions to deliver seamless, globally integrated service
• Enhance client stickiness through exceptional service and tailored engagement strategies
• Contribute to innovative projects and process improvements in line with company transformation goals
• Maintain a client-centric, results-driven approach while adapting swiftly to evolving business needs and market dynamics
