Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Air Cargo Pricing Supervisor to join a fast-paced, growing logistics technology company. This role manages and coordinates customer shipments from quoting and airline rate negotiations through booking, while ensuring responsive, high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in U.S. air export operations and pricing and can work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Prepare competitive air export quotes and pricing.
• Source rates and cargo capacity from airlines and GSAs.
• Negotiate airline rates, routing, and capacity.
• Identify the best flight and pricing options based on customer requirements.
• Book air export shipments and coordinate with airlines and freight forwarders.
• Monitor bookings and provide customers with timely shipment updates.
• Handle time-sensitive pricing and capacity requests.
• Resolve pricing, routing, booking, and capacity issues.
• Maintain strong customer service throughout the quoting and booking process.
• Provide market and customer feedback to internal product and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Air Export operations, pricing, or quoting experience required.
• Experience with a freight forwarder, airline cargo department, GSA, or air cargo company.
• Hands-on experience quoting air freight and negotiating rates with airlines.
• Strong knowledge of air export pricing, routing, capacity, and airline bookings.
• Ability to compare airline options and determine competitive routing and pricing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working with technology and digital freight platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Salary: $60,000–$80,000, based on experience.
