[Hiring] AI Video Creator @Outsi

Role Description

You take a finished script and turn it into a finished episode. We write; you produce. Every episode comes with a full shot list (framing, action, timing, dialogue), a reference pack of 30 photos per character, and a technical spec. You own everything from there: image generation, image-to-video, dialogue and lip-sync, edit, sound, grade, delivery.

The content is explicit. Every series contains sex scenes and nudity, written into the script shot by shot. Your pipeline has to generate that. If it doesn't, this isn't the role for you.

What you'll do

• Produce vertical episodes (9:16, 60-90 s, 12-20 shots, dialogue throughout) from our scripts
• Keep the same character - face, body, voice, wardrobe anchors - identical across every shot and every episode, matching the reference photos we give you
• Generate explicit scenes exactly as written: what is visible, who does what to whom, in which frame
• Edit to the script's timing: shot order, cut rhythm, no black frames inside the episode, a clean ending
• Deliver MP4 to spec: 720x1280, 24 fps CFR, H.264, AAC stereo, loudness-normalised
• Iterate on notes within a fixed acceptance protocol - you always know what will be checked

Qualifications

• A working uncensored pipeline for image and video
• Demonstrated character consistency: the same person across 5+ shots or scenes, in your own work
• Image-to-video experience with continuous action inside a shot (not just idle loops)
• Dialogue, voice and lip-sync experience
• Editing to a shot list: ability to follow a script's framing and timing
• Good English to read a production script and ask precise questions

Bonus points

• LoRA training for character identity
• Prior work in adult, companion or dating products
• ComfyUI workflows you built yourself
• Sound design, colour grading, motion graphics

Soft skills

• Comfortable working with explicit adult content
• Read the whole brief before generating a single frame
• Deliver what was written, and flag what you'd change instead of changing it silently
• Communicate early if a shot cannot be achieved

What we pay

• $250-400 per episode (60-90 s, 12-20 shots, dialogue), depending on the episode and your turnaround
• First milestone paid up front: the opening scene of episode 1, about 15 seconds - $60
• After a full series: monthly retainer or full-time contract - EUR 2,500-3,500 a month for 10-12 episodes
• Steady work: ten series scripted, more in writing
• Full production material: scripts, reference photos, spec
• Remote, async, any timezone

How we hire

• Application form - 2 minutes: Portfolio, one piece with a consistent character, one explicit piece, and a short description of how you built your best clip
• Skills test - 30-60 minutes, unpaid: Deliver one still and one 4-6 s clip based on provided materials
• First paid milestone - the opening scene of episode 1, about 15 seconds, $60
• Full episode at the per-episode rate, then the series
• Series delivered - retainer or full-time offer

Hard lines

• No real-person likenesses
• Every character must be an adult and read as one
• Nothing illegal in any jurisdiction we operate in
