Role Description

As an Admissions Coordinator, this role will see you play a key role in connecting patients with the care they need, working closely with marketers and clinical teams from our US-based healthcare client.

• Collaborate with hospital marketers to ensure patients are well taken care of
• Coordinate with the clinical team to confirm that necessary medical services are in place before accepting patient referrals
• Manage the referral process and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation

Qualifications

• Must be USRN licensed in New York (NY)

Requirements

• Strong clinical and documentation background
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sharp attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer information
• Essential tools: a reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection
• Backup internet connection required
