Role Description

Provide focused accessibility remediation, publication quality control, briefing, and webinar-production support at key delivery points.

• Remediate and validate Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and related products for Section 508 accessibility.
• Perform final format, style, cross-reference, citation, and publication checks.
• Support briefing/webinar materials, captions, rehearsal, delivery, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Section 508 remediation and accessible document-production experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 and PDF accessibility skills.
• Ability to work predictably in short, deadline-driven bursts in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Federal health or research-report production (preferred).
• Webinar production, captioning, and plain-language experience (preferred).

Benefits

• Compensation: $38–$45 per hour.
• Employment: Small-business teaming partner — contingent on award.
• Level of effort: Up to 322 hours over 12 months; fractional W-2.
