[Hiring] Video Annotation - AI Training @Gramian Consulting Group

Role Description

Our client is a US-based AI research company working on advanced generative and multimodal AI systems. We are looking for a Video Content Annotator to review and evaluate videos using structured rating frameworks and detailed quality guidelines. In this role, you will assess both AI-generated and real-world media content for realism, composition, motion accuracy, lighting, and overall production quality. Your evaluations will directly contribute to improving next-generation AI models. This role requires strong visual judgment, high attention to detail, and the ability to work consistently across high-volume review tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Review first-person video clips and analyze visual content at specific timestamps
• Provide accurate, concise, and evidence-based answers grounded in visible information
• Identify and select the exact visual evidence supporting each answer
• Determine whether a question is valid or unanswerable based on the available video content
• Ensure no use of future frames or external assumptions when answering questions
• Maintain high consistency and accuracy across large volumes of tasks
• Adhere strictly to project guidelines, formatting, and quality standards
• Perform self-review to ensure alignment between question, evidence, and answer

Commitments Required

• 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST
• Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)
• Duration of contract: 4 weeks
• Location: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and India

Selection Process

• 2x30min quizzes (Logical Reasoning and Memory Answering)

Qualifications

• Experience in image/video annotation or computer vision-related tasks
• Experience in data annotation, data labeling, or content moderation
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify subtle visual differences
• Clear written communication and strong reading comprehension
• Demonstrated logical reasoning (e.g., sequence, counting, spatial awareness)
• Ability to remain objective and follow guidelines without assumptions
• Ability to maintain focus and consistency in repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to quality checking
