Accountabilities

Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise use cases, from data preparation to deployment and optimization.

Guide customers in adopting advanced AI frameworks, SDKs, and APIs to solve complex technical challenges.

Support the full AI model lifecycle, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment.

Advise on cutting-edge techniques such as model distillation, domain adaptation, and reinforcement learning.

Optimize performance and scalability using distributed computing strategies, including model and data parallelism.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to improve tools and contribute to innovation.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, providing technical leadership and best practices.

Share knowledge through technical content, training sessions, and contributions to the broader AI community.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers.

Strong Python programming skills, including software design, debugging, and performance optimization in Linux environments.

Hands-on experience across the full AI model lifecycle, including training, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.

Expertise in distributed computing, including tools such as Kubernetes or SLURM, and large-scale GPU-based training.

Strong understanding of modern AI techniques, including generative AI and reinforcement learning.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and solve complex problems in dynamic environments.

Bonus: Experience with large-scale foundation models, multimodal AI, or contributions to open-source AI frameworks.
