Role Description
The Senior Solutions Architect is a highly skilled, professional and technical individual focused on supporting NiCE internal support organizations through AI-driven initiatives. This role partners closely with internal support leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to map processes, identify high-value AI opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that improve internal employee support outcomes.
-
Help support teams use AI to augment or automate their work through AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations—using platforms such as n8n as a core part of the solution stack.
-
Combine strong business operational knowledge with hands-on AI expertise, doing some development yourself while also enabling others to confidently use AI tools to solve their own problems.
How will you make an impact?
-
Partner with business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify ROI-backed opportunities (reduced effort, improved employee experience, measurable efficiency gains), and define future-state AI-enabled processes.
-
Design, build, and iterate on AI solutions and automations in n8n, Copilot Studio, and other AI/automation tools; create reliable agents and assistants that remove manual work.
-
Understand and work within NiCE internal processes and systems (e.g., CRMs, knowledge bases, ticketing/support tools, and operational platforms) to ensure solutions fit real-world constraints.
-
Collaborate with IT and Developers when needed to overcome technical obstacles, integrate securely with enterprise systems, and scale solutions.
-
Enable and upskill internal support teams to use AI effectively—through reusable patterns, playbooks, coaching, and hands-on problem solving.
-
Maintain expertise in modern AI approaches and apply them pragmatically to internal operations, including LLMs, RAG, GPT-based assistants, Copilot ecosystems, MCP servers, APIs, JSON, and light scripting. Use AI tools to debug and resolve workflow or code errors.
Qualifications

-
Proven ability to translate operational needs into practical AI use cases and deliver outcomes against clear success metrics.
-
Strong, applied knowledge of AI and NLP technologies (LLMs, RAG, GPTs, Copilot-style assistants, AI agent patterns, MCP servers).
-
Hands-on experience building automations/assistants with n8n (or comparable orchestration tools); comfort developing in Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
-
Working knowledge of API integrations, JSON, and basic coding/scripting; able to use AI tools to debug and manipulate code or automation errors.
-
Demonstrated curiosity and ongoing personal or professional use of AI tools to improve workflows—someone who experiments, learns fast, and brings practical AI habits into the role.
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive adoption and help others become effective with AI.
