Role Description

We're seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our AI Data Engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of AI development, a crucial focus for our company's growth.

• Take part in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models using advanced statistical, predictive, and deep learning techniques.
• Drive hands-on ML experimentation, feature engineering, modeling, and model optimization using Python and major ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch).
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, lineage, and reliability.
• Use AWS services for ML development and data analysis.
• Write advanced SQL queries to support data preparation, feature development, diagnostics, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on data architecture and pipeline enhancements.
• Take part in the development of data processes, workflows, and pipelines, ensuring they are standardized, scalable, governed, and aligned with organizational best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Good knowledge of Python for analytics, ML, and automation.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Strong understanding of Big Data fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems and Transformer models such as BERT, GPT, Qwen, Llama, and similar large-scale architectures
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience with AWS, SageMaker for end-to-end ML development and deployment.

Requirements

• Experience with real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, Spark) is a plus.
• Bachelor's, Master’s in a quantitative field.
• English Upper-Intermediate
