As a Senior AI/ML engineer, you will provide team lead oversight for voice bots on omnichannel contact center platforms. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to design, build, and produce AI/ML and GenAI Voice Bot solutions that improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes. You will own end-to-end delivery—from problem framing and data pipelines to models, and ongoing monitoring—while mentoring a small team and partnering with product, data engineering, and clinical/operations stakeholders.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
