Role Description
Reporting to the Director of AI Adoption, the Senior AI Enablement Specialist will help Curriculum Associates translate AI capability into practical, repeatable, high impact ways of working across the company. This role sits at the intersection of AI fluency, workflow design, enablement, and change management.

The right candidate combines strong business judgment, hands-on fluency with modern AI tools, experience guiding behavior change, and the ability to move from idea to operational practice.
