[Hiring] Senior AI Commercial Analyst @Dedalus

Role Description

Join us as a Senior AI Commercial Analyst at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, based remotely in Italy or at any of our European locations.

As the Senior AI Commercial Analyst, you will become part of Dedalus's innovative AI Team, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between commercial needs and advanced artificial intelligence solutions. This position is responsible for supporting the Director of AI in evaluating solutions for given business cases from a financial perspective, comparing different options, as well as in pricing AI solutions.

You will:

• Develop financial models and business cases for AI solutions addressing specific pain points, including ROI analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO), and competitive benchmarking.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support sales readiness, providing guidance on pricing strategies for AI solutions and advising on available licensing models.
• Align AI initiatives with the global AI strategy, engaging with stakeholders worldwide to ensure consistency and avoid duplication of effort across the business.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis focused on AI, with particular emphasis on financial performance and positioning.
• Communicate regular updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on financial modelling, pricing, strategy, and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in business/financial analysis, with a minimum of 1 year focused on AI.
• Proven experience in financial modelling and business case development in the context of AI.
• Experience in pricing strategy development in the context of AI.
• Experience in supporting build vs buy commercial decision making.
• Understanding of different contract and licensing models, cloud platforms and associated costs.
• Proficient in use of Excel.
• Experience with market research tools and databases.
• Intellectual curiosity in AI applied to healthcare, trends and developments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at different levels of the business across geographies.
• Ability to storytell with data.
• High attention to detail yet comfortable with ambiguity in emerging technology spaces.
• Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.

Requirements

• Relevant certifications in financial analysis and/or pricing.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Experience in VC or start-up.
