[Hiring] Salesforce AI & Agentic Engineer @Zensar

Role Description

• Build and integrate Einstein, GPT, and Salesforce AI capabilities into business workflows.
• Design agentic capabilities such as autonomous workflows, reasoning chains, dynamic task execution, and contextual assistance within Salesforce apps.
• Develop LWC, Apex, Flows, and platform events to deliver AI‑augmented user experiences.
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and integrate external data sources for enhanced AI responses.
• Work with prompts, prompt templates, grounding strategies, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge augmentation.
• Implement, test, and refine AI copilots, AI assistants, service bots, and conversational experiences.
• Collaborate with architects to define AI governance, trust, safety, and responsible use guardrails.
• Build integrations with external AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) as required.
• Optimize performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI workflows and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
