[Hiring] New Venture Advisor, Agentic AI Systems @LG Electronics

Role Description

LG Nova is seeking a part-time New Venture Advisor with deep expertise in agentic AI systems to support the creation and validation of new venture opportunities. The role focuses on:

• AI agent architectures
• Multi-agent coordination protocols
• Emerging infrastructure layer enabling autonomous systems to interact with services and APIs

The advisor will provide strategic guidance on:

• Technical architecture
• Protocol selection
• Commercialization strategy

This is a flexible, hourly advisory role supporting venture development milestones, with the option to become more directly involved in venture leadership as opportunities evolve.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building or advising AI products that involve agent-to-agent communication, tool use, and real-world integrations
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent Protocol (A2A), Agent Communication Protocol (ACP), and related standards
• A strong personal and professional network in the agentic ecosystem

Requirements

• Location: The team is located in the SF Bay Area but this position can be REMOTE located anywhere in the US
• Contract Rate of Pay: This is a part-time contract position with an estimated hourly pay rate between $150-$250/hour
