Role Description

Our team is passionate about leveraging AI, cloud platforms, and modern development practices to build cutting-edge applications. We are seeking a talented ML/AI Engineer to build AI tools with real users on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have experience with Google AI tools such as Vertex AI, Contact Center AI (CCAI), and Document AI (DocAI).

• Develop and implement AI tools on GCP that are tailored for real users.
• Utilize Google AI tools like Vertex AI, CCAI, and DocAI to create and optimize AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training and evaluation.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models in production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI and machine learning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English: Professional level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience with Google AI tools such as Vertex AI, CCAI, and DocAI.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with other AI/ML platforms and tools.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of best practices in deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
