Role Description

This role involves transforming healthcare through artificial intelligence by collaborating with various stakeholders to develop high-impact AI solutions.

• Shape AI Strategy & Governance
  • Contribute to the intake, discovery, and evaluation of AI use cases across the organization.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary AI Solutions Workgroup to assess and approve AI initiatives.
  • Apply governance frameworks for responsible, ethical, and compliant AI adoption.
• Translate Business Needs into Solutions
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for RFI/RFP efforts and AI implementation planning.
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with organizational strategy.
• Represent the Clinical Voice
  • Act as the voice of the healthcare user, ensuring AI solutions support clinical workflows.
  • Advocate for intuitive, clinically relevant solutions.
• Evaluate & Enable AI Solutions
  • Assess AI technologies based on business needs and governance best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams for responsible AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Vendors & Stakeholders
  • Engage proactively with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Drive Product & Project Success
  • Lead ideation sessions with physicians, operations, and IT.
  • Apply project management practices to ensure timely completion of AI initiatives.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for implementation and training.
• Leverage Healthcare Data Expertise
  • Work with diverse healthcare data sources for scalable AI solutions.
  • Support data integration efforts using healthcare coding systems and data architecture principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, management information systems, or related field; or 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience translating healthcare or operational requirements into technical or analytical solutions.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, data governance, and healthcare data standards.
• Strong communication skills to bridge clinical, technical, and business perspectives.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Passion for improving healthcare through thoughtful, responsible innovation.

Requirements

• Background, drug, and nicotine screens are required.
