[Hiring] Director of AI Enablement @Lodgify

Role Description

The AI era is fundamentally changing what growth means. Companies that become AI-native—not just AI-aware—will compound their advantages at 100x speed. We are looking for a Director of AI Enablement reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer .

You will lead and manage the Growth Enablement Squad —a cross-functional team including product managers, engineers, data analysts, and UX—responsible for building the infrastructure and integrations that make every marketing, sales, and partnership team hyper-effective.

This is not a "training" or "governance" role, and it is not a solo contributor position. You are an architect, a builder, and a people leader. You won't just hand out playbooks; you will build the engine that makes experimentation structural and relentless, while developing and empowering your team to scale AI enablement across the organization.

Our goal: turning every team into a high-velocity experimentation engine. Instead of executing AI on their behalf, we build the core platform and frameworks that remove technical debt and raise the floor. We handle the complex infrastructure so they can focus on relentless growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6-10+ years of experience across Growth, MarTech, or Product.
• Understanding of the funnel and lifecycle.
• Fluent in "API" and "Architecture" with engineers.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Hard requirement: shipped an AI agent, an automation, or an AI-native workflow currently in production.
• Experience running rigorous A/B testing programs.
• Understanding of statistical significance, ICE prioritization, and designing tests that yield clean, attributable data.
• Default mode is to build a prototype, not a slide deck.
• Comfortable with prompt engineering and AI agent frameworks (n8n, Zapier AI, etc.).
• Analytics fluency across product behavior data (Amplitude / Mixpanel) and marketing performance data (GA4 / GA4 360, HubSpot Analytics, Omni, Tableau).

Requirements

• Partner closely with the CGO and Growth leaders to set priorities, define the experimentation cadence, and align incentives and measurement.
• Build an operating model that keeps experimentation inside Marketing/Sales/Partnerships teams while ensuring patterns are captured, standardized, and scaled.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and IT to ship secure, maintainable integrations and data pipelines that reduce "coordination tax" across the org.
