Role Description
Join the team as Twilio’s next Conversational AI Developer in the Enterprise AI team. This position is needed to join our Conversational AI team as an L1 Engineer! You will automate workflows using Windmill, support our AWS infrastructure, and build robust Tableau dashboards to track AI performance. Help us scale our operations while growing your skills in cloud and data analytics.

Generate interactive and visually compelling Tableau dashboards to track conversational AI agent performance, user engagement, and system health.
-
Monitor core AWS infrastructure to ensure continuous uptime and reliability for our AI deployments.
-
Perform initial L1 troubleshooting and diagnostics for infrastructure alerts, workflow failures, or data pipeline issues.
-
Identify data trends and system anomalies within Tableau to proactively address potential agent errors before they impact users.
-
Troubleshoot routine technical issues and efficiently escalate complex cloud or architectural problems to senior engineers.
-
Collaborate with the AI engineering team to guarantee accurate data flow between our conversational agents, the AWS environment, and reporting tools.
-
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation regarding workflow automation steps, dashboard metrics, and basic AWS support procedures.
Qualifications

-
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Practical experience navigating and monitoring fundamental AWS services (such as EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch). AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Associate-level certifications are highly preferred.

-
Database Querying: Working knowledge of SQL to extract, filter, and structure data for reporting purposes.
Requirements
-
Analytical Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of effectively diagnosing IT or infrastructure issues and determining when to escalate them.

-
Adaptability: A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies, particularly within the fast-paced Conversational AI space.
