Role Description

Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for the organization in data science.

• Make critical technology decisions with long-term impact in data science.
• Lead the development and evolution of technical standards in data science.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives in data science.
• Mentor and guide senior technical leaders in the data science domain.
• Align data science technology with business goals at an organizational level.

Qualifications

• Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree.
• 12-18 Years of experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in one or more data analytic programming languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data science tools and techniques.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Ability to work with a diverse cross-functional team.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for data science processes.
• Leadership and project management skills - In-depth knowledge of advanced data science methods.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
