Job Title: Remote AI Solutions Engineer ( 100% Work From Home)
AI Workflow & Agent Development

Design, test, and iterate production-ready AI workflows across real estate acquisitions, renovation operations, estate sales, senior transition services, marketing, and back-office functions

Build AI skills and reusable automation components to support property underwriting, lead qualification, contractor coordination, estate sale inventory processing, and client communications

Develop and deploy AI agents supporting intake, seller communication, transition coordination, pricing analysis, and operational task management

Implement retrieval systems (RAG), structured output pipelines, and tool-use patterns for contracts, property data, estate inventories, care placement resources, and internal SOP documentation

Develop AI-powered underwriting tools to analyze property values, ARV projections, renovation budgets, and acquisition risk
Application & Systems Development
-
Build lightweight web applications and internal tools supporting acquisitions, renovation tracking, estate sale management, client onboarding, and KPI dashboards

Create and maintain MCP server integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems) to ensure seamless data flow between CRM, accounting, operations, and AI systems

Implement AI-driven renovation planning tools for scope generation, cost estimation, contractor scheduling, and material selection

Create internal copilots to assist estate sale teams with inventory categorization, pricing recommendations, and listing generation
Automation & Marketing Enablement

Build automation for marketing workflows including direct mail personalization, digital campaign optimization, and lead scoring

Develop systems that support compliant, compassionate communication for families navigating senior transitions and care placement
Performance, Optimization & Governance
-
Build evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reliability, compliance, and performance of AI outputs — particularly in client-facing and financial workflows

Optimize cost, latency, and model selection while maintaining production-level reliability

Design AI systems with appropriate permission boundaries and secure handling of sensitive client, health-related, estate, and financial data

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and proactively improve reliability and user experience
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate closely with leadership to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy new AI-driven revenue and efficiency initiatives

Document systems, maintain internal AI playbooks, and improve architecture for scalability as the organization expands nationally

Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively recommend practical implementations aligned with company growth objectives
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Experience working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Ability to build and deploy web applications (Vercel, AWS, or similar)
- Familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, or similar databases
- Experience designing AI systems with permission and data boundaries
- Comfortable with Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code review)
- Strong debugging skills across AI and system integrations
- Self-directed and productive in a remote environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable operating with autonomy
What Success Looks Like
Within 90 days, you will:
- Ship multiple production AI tools used daily by internal teams
- Deploy at least one multi-step agent integrated with company systems
- Establish a reusable AI deployment framework for future builds

- Comfortable working in fast-moving, undefined problem spaces
- Biased toward shipping and iteration over perfection
- Prefer building something functional today rather than polished next month
- Think in systems but start with the simplest viable solution
- Take ownership end-to-end — from understanding the business need to deploying the solution
