Role Description

• Lead the architecture and design of AI-powered solutions across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and system constraints.
• Develop and promote reusable architectural patterns, components, and best practices to support scalable AI initiatives.
• Evaluate cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments to recommend secure and efficient AI system designs.
• Drive decisions around data pipelines, model orchestration, APIs, observability, and enterprise system integration.
• Apply expertise in traditional ML, generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, AI agents), and orchestration protocols to deliver robust solutions.
• Serve as a technical resource by reviewing designs, contributing to code and system architecture, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and stakeholders to refine solution designs as requirements evolve.
• Participate in technology evaluation and internal initiatives to strengthen architectural consistency across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in solution architecture or design.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered solutions using ML pipelines, generative AI frameworks, or APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and API development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerized environments, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Exposure to GenAI frameworks, agent orchestration tools, and multi-step reasoning workflows.
• Comfortable working in agile, project-based environments and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform are highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work across US locations and travel as required.
