Role Description

This is a temporary/freelancing role.

This is currently a remote engagement.

The expert will get compensation on a project-to-project basis.

We are looking for a freelance AI Consultant with good exposure to Claude and OpenAI's latest tools. A battle-tested industry practitioner who has actually built and deployed AI solutions in production — not a researcher, not a prompt tinkerer. You bring deep domain expertise first, and hands-on Claude + OpenAI technical depth second.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology, consulting, financial services, legal, HR tech, or healthcare.
• Production AI deployments on your track record — not just pilots.
• Ability to work directly with senior business stakeholders and translate AI capability into business outcomes.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance — data privacy, audit requirements, human-in-the-loop design.
• A clear, experience-backed point of view on when to use Claude vs OpenAI.

Requirements

• Claude Stack — Must-Have Hands-On Experience
  • Models: Claude Opus 4.6, Sonnet 4.6 — real deployment experience, not just benchmark awareness.
  • Claude Code: Agentic workflows, Agent Teams, GitHub Actions, Skills system, Claude Code Security.
  • Claude Cowork: Knowledge worker automation, Excel/PowerPoint integration, industry plugin configuration.
  • MCP: Building/configuring MCP servers, enterprise connectors (Slack, Drive, Salesforce, Jira), security posture.
  • API & SDK: Claude Agent SDK, Files API, Citations API, Prompt Caching, Context Compaction, structured outputs.
• OpenAI Stack — Must-Have Hands-On Experience
  • Models: GPT-5x — knowing when to use reasoning vs standard models.
  • Agents SDK: Multi-agent pipelines, handoffs, guardrails, Responses API.
  • Knowledge of AgentKit, ChatKit.
  • Tool Use: Function calling, parallel tools, web search, code interpreter, file search.
  • RAG & Knowledge: Vector Store, retrieval strategies, fine-tuning trade-offs.
  • Evals: Automated evaluation frameworks, LLM-as-judge, prompt regression testing.
