Role Description
The AI Strategy & Business Transformation Lead is a strategic advisor for Boomi’s strategic customer engagements. You will act as a peer-level consultant for the C-Suite, transforming complex Agentic AI capabilities into compelling business cases that justify major capital investment. Your mission is to craft provocative business-driven narratives that dismantle inertia, secure C-Suite buy-in, and position Boomi as the definitive engine of business transformation.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, co-creating a long-term vision that aligns Boomi’s Agentic Capabilities with the customer’s most critical business priorities.

Lead the commercial strategy for high-stakes pursuits by conducting deep discovery to craft provocative, insight-led narratives that challenge the status quo.

Build a rigorous methodology linking Boomi’s Platform to tangible P&L impact through executive-ready ROI models and value realization frameworks.

Establish a value realization framework that tracks and validates the achievement of the strategic business outcomes defined during the initial sales discovery, closely aligned with the Customer Success and Professional Services organizations.

Partner with GTM team to embed key learnings and best practices from deal cycles into cross-functional GTM strategy.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales strategy, strategic engagements, or high-touch consultative sales within enterprise software, cloud, or AI-focused organizations.

Strong executive presence and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence senior business stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making units.

Demonstrated success in developing rigorous business cases, rooted in NPV, IRR, Payback Period.

Proven ability to lead and collaborate across diverse internal teams (Product, Marketing, Partners) to drive complex deal orchestration.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and move seamlessly between high-level strategy and tactical execution.

Benefits

Base compensation for this position ranges from $155K - $214K.

This position is remote-friendly, and final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
