The role of AI Automation Engineer I will focus on building and maintaining systems that support:

• AI Automation
  • Implementing workflows that use LLMs or agentic frameworks
  • Integrating APIs and external services into automated processes
  • Handling structured inputs and outputs
  • Debugging and improving reliability of automated AI-driven tasks
  • Experience evaluating LLM quality and reliability over time
  • Familiarity with structured outputs, schema validation, and prompt/context management
  • Experience with logging, tracing, and safeguards for agentic systems
  • Familiarity with MCP, tool-connected workflows, or multi-step context management
• Browser Automation
  • Building automation workflows using tools such as:
    • Playwright
    • Puppeteer
    • Browseruse
    • or similar browser automation frameworks
  • Automating multi-step web interactions and data collection workflows
  • Handling dynamic web content and failure scenarios
• CI/CD and Deployment Awareness
  • Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
  • Git-based development processes
  • Deploying or supporting applications in a cloud environment

Our environment uses:

• Azure DevOps for CI/CD
• AWS for application hosting and infrastructure

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

• Python development in real-world applications
• Building APIs using FastAPI
• Writing typed code using mypy or similar static type checking tools
• Writing and maintaining tests using pytest
• Working with AI agent or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar)
• Experience building or supporting AI/LLM workflows, agents, or orchestration systems
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar

We value engineers who are comfortable working within an established codebase that emphasizes code quality, typing, and maintainability. Deep DevOps expertise is not required, but candidates should understand how code moves from development to production.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI Automation and Browser Automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Deployment processes
• Hands-on experience with Python and API development
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks

Requirements

• Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Git-based development
• Hands-on experience with Python development
• Experience with FastAPI and pytest
