Role Description

We are hiring a full-time AI Automation Engineer to focus exclusively on identifying and implementing AI-driven automations across WFS. This role is highly execution-oriented and centered on building practical AI agents and workflows that support day-to-day operations.

• Work with established AI and automation platforms, including tools like OpenClaw
• Deploy solutions that improve speed, consistency, and scalability across teams
• Measure success by automations shipped, processes improved, and time saved

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations or workflows
• Comfortable working inside no-code or low-code automation platforms
• Ability to translate defined business processes into working AI solutions
• Highly experienced and advanced in models like Claude, Manus, & other AI platforms
• Staying ahead of the curve on Open Claw and excited to help build agents
• Enjoy execution, iteration, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently once priorities are set
• Excited to apply AI in real business environments, not just theory

Requirements

• Not seeking a research-focused or experimental AI role
• Not preferring to design systems without implementing them
• Not requiring extensive oversight or highly rigid specifications
• Not uncomfortable shipping, testing, and refining live workflows

Major Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents to automate internal WFS workflows
• Implement automations using established AI and integration tools
• Maintain and optimize existing workflows for reliability and performance
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-impact automation use cases
• Document workflows and automation logic clearly
• Monitor automation outcomes and suggest improvements

Compensation & Structure

• Hourly Rate: $8 to $15 USD per hour
• Schedule: Full-time
• Growth Path: Rate increases based on delivered automations and business impact
