Role Description

We are seeking an AI-first Mobile Engineer with strong expertise in React Native who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. This role goes beyond traditional app development, combining technical excellence with AI-accelerated workflows to rapidly design, build, and scale mobile applications. You will play a critical role in developing user-friendly, high-performing apps for marketing experiments and lead generation, while also maintaining and optimizing live production systems.

This is a hands-on position where you will own the full lifecycle of mobile applications—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces modern AI tools as a core part of their development process, enabling faster delivery without compromising on quality, security, or user experience.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate feature development, moving from manual coding to orchestrating and refining AI-generated outputs
• Build and launch rapid prototypes for marketing and lead generation experiments with minimal turnaround time
• Ensure seamless user experience by implementing intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing UI/UX designs
• Utilize modern tools to quickly generate and refine front-end components across different devices and screen sizes
• Take ownership of live applications, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving production incidents and maintaining application stability
• Manage app deployment processes across platforms such as app stores, including compliance and release management
• Conduct code reviews with a focus on performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Maintain clear documentation for development, deployment, and operational workflows
• Stay updated with emerging trends in mobile development, AI tooling, and automation to continuously improve efficiency and output

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern mobile development practices
• Proven ability to use AI tools (such as coding assistants and UI generators) to significantly enhance development speed and productivity
• Skilled at evaluating AI-generated code, identifying errors, security risks, and inefficiencies before integration
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, APIs, analytics tools, and third-party integrations
• Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to independently create clean, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces
• Experience managing end-to-end mobile app lifecycles, including deployment and maintenance
• High ownership mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across teams
• Passion for innovation, experimentation, and leveraging AI to redefine how modern applications are built and delivered
