Role Description

The Premium Cigar Association is looking for a driven and passionate Western United States Membership Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of a leading industry association, building meaningful relationships with premium cigar retailers, manufacturers, and enthusiasts across the western region. • Recruit, retain, and grow membership across the western United States territory
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective members in the region
• Develop and execute regional outreach strategies to drive membership engagement and growth
• Represent the Premium Cigar Association at industry trade shows, events, and regional meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate member needs, feedback, and industry trends
• Maintain accurate membership records and track regional performance metrics
• Educate members on association benefits, advocacy efforts, and available resources

Qualifications

• Proven experience in membership development, sales, or account management
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large geographic territory independently
• Willingness to travel throughout the western United States as needed
• Familiarity with the premium cigar, tobacco, or specialty retail industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
