Role Description

Gamdom is looking for a VIP Portfolio Manager to join our team and take ownership of building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value players. The role is focused on delivering exceptional service, driving player engagement, and improving retention through personalized experiences and strategic account management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Manage a portfolio of VIP players, identifying opportunities to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Develop and execute personalized rewards, promotions, and incentives tailored to individual player profiles.
• Analyze player behavior, performance data, and gaming trends to optimize VIP offerings and strategies.
• Provide premium support and ensure VIP players receive fast, personalized, and seamless assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall VIP experience and player journey.

Requirements

• Comfortable analyzing player behavior, engagement metrics, and performance data to drive decisions.
• Understanding of online casino products, promotions, player psychology, and VIP management practices.
• Ability to identify opportunities, upsell effectively, and create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with players from diverse backgrounds and adapt engagement strategies to different cultural preferences.
