Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven VIP Account Manager to manage a portfolio of VIP clients. The primary objective of this role is to:

• Directly manage a portfolio of VIP clients, focusing on top-tier segments.
• Consistently achieve Retention and Revenue targets.
• Maintain a premium level of service by building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the industry.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• A results-driven mindset and a strong sense of personal accountability for achieving financial targets.
• Empathy, flexibility, and the ability to build long-term relationships with VIP clients.
• Proactivity, emotional resilience, and the ability to effectively handle complex or escalated situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of discipline in managing workflows.

Requirements

• Provide personalized support to approximately 200 VIP clients.
• Monitor client activity daily and identify churn risks.
• Ensure financial targets are met.
• Proactively communicate with clients via phone calls and messaging platforms.
• Respond promptly to requests and resolve sensitive cases efficiently.
• Adhere to high SLA standards.
• Select, offer, and apply personalized bonus offers to encourage client activity and improve retention.
• Document, comment on, and tag all contacts and interactions in the admin panel in accordance with established SOPs.
