Role Description

As Senior Vice President, Client Partner, you are an executive leader responsible for the health, growth, profitability, and long-term success of a portfolio of Tinuiti's most strategic client relationships.

• Serve as a trusted business advisor to executive client stakeholders and a business owner within Tinuiti.
• Deliver exceptional client outcomes while growing and strengthening the agency's business.
• Guide transformational strategies and lead executive conversations.
• Navigate complex business challenges and support high-profile pitches.
• Provide executive guidance and resolve complex challenges in client engagements.
• Develop exceptional leaders and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Champion innovation and partner across various departments to deliver integrated solutions.
• Travel to clients and industry events as business needs require.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise client portfolios within marketing, consulting, technology, or agency environments.
• Proven success building trusted executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation and high-profile strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing portfolio growth and profitability.
• Deep expertise across integrated marketing, media, measurement, analytics, and technology-enabled marketing solutions.
• Experience leading executive-level pitches and strategic business development efforts.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of AI, marketing technology, automation, and product-led transformation.
