Role Description

In this role you will interact extensively with senior Deloitte clients in all industries and functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ relevant professional work experience. Client service experience is a plus.
• Customer (i.e., Digital, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service) education and experience required.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Robust experience with GenAI tools.
• Demonstrate exceptional creativity in designing and executing engaging client experiences.
• Ability to strategically think at a 30,000 ft. level and then roll up the sleeves to drive tactical tasks forward with speed and agility.
• Ability to manage work across multiple streams.
• Ability to synthesize group discussions into concise / concrete insights and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes.
• Ability to manage risks, knowing what and when to escalate issues to the CCL leadership.
• Experience working in Salesforce; Jupiter experience/knowledge strongly preferred.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
