Role Description

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our team!

National Accounts Management requires a highly strategic and consultative approach, focused on managing complex client needs, delivering customized solutions, and cultivating senior-level relationships across large organizations. This role demands the ability to operate with structure and discipline while also navigating ambiguity—balancing tailored strategy, cross-functional coordination, and long-term growth objectives.

Success in this role requires a strong commitment to standards, and maintaining consistency and rigor in execution. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes as client relationships evolve. This role also includes travel to our corporate headquarters and client sites to support relationship management and business objectives.

The Sr. Client Services Executive I (SCSE) is a highly motivated professional with at least 7 years of successful experience interfacing directly with larger more complex clients preferably in healthcare, to manage existing Pharmacy Benefit Management clients. The position is responsible for the co-development of long-term account strategy for their assigned Clients.

• Support/back up the CSE, Senior CSC and CSC responsibilities
• Create and present data for Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports
• Investigate/follow-up if Performance Guarantees are not met and present those results to their assigned clients
• Conduct Client training (Client Portal Site, Navi-Claim, etc.)
• Assist with escalated member/Client issues requests
• Identify and present Client opportunities to improve costs, service and health
• Contract maintenance and performance
• Travel to Client sites
• Provide mentoring to the coordinator levels and CSEs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
• Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred
• At least 7 years of successful experience interfacing directly with internal and/or external clients in roles using requirements-gathering, persuasion, and other sales techniques
• Strategic thinking ability and skills to prepare business plans and execute them appropriately to accomplish business objectives
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet client needs
• Strong team orientation, commitment to sales and client service and desire to succeed
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required
• PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet
• Ability to manage coordinator level resources
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Pay Range: USD $85,064.00 - USD $104,373.00 /Yr.
