Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a high-impact portfolio, balancing established accounts with emerging opportunities, and driving meaningful expansion.

• Portfolio of up to 50 customers within a focused market
• Reporting to the Commercial Director
• Supported directly by a marketing manager and customer success manager
• Opportunity to make an impact in a small but expanding entrepreneurial company

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS account management or business development
• Track record of commercial success
• Ability to manage a sizeable portfolio without losing depth
• Credibility with a wide range of stakeholders
• Curiosity about how organizations operate and create value
• Comfortable leading commercial and ROI-driven conversations
• Effective when priorities shift or information is incomplete
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ownership and follow-through
