[Hiring] Revenue Cycle Management Client Manager @NextGen Federal Systems

Role Description

The Revenue Cycle Client Manager is responsible for supporting the management of client relationships and assisting in the successful execution of the revenue cycle. This role involves:

• Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Supporting the delivery of contracted services, including communication with client management.
• Establishing and maintaining client performance expectations.
• Participating in scheduled meetings with client contacts, providing basic revenue cycle management expertise.
• Coordinating internal service teams to resolve client issues and improve processes.
• Monitoring RCM support requests and collaborating with RCM support and operations to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensuring alignment of internal messaging and deliverables with other service teams.
• Supporting the adherence to best practice setup, policy, and procedures.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting action plans for problem resolution.
• Performing other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, revenue cycle management, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
