Role Description

As a Renewals Advocacy Manager at Veeam, you will serve as the strategic lead for Customer Advocacy, Executive Engagement, and Voice of the Customer initiatives across the Global Renewals organization. This role focuses specifically on the renewal moment and the retention outcomes that depend on it.

Reporting to the VP of Global Renewals Account Management, you will:

• Ensure customer feedback is translated into meaningful business action.
• Execute executive customer commitments.
• Deliver strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, retention, and long-term growth.
• Coordinate executive priorities resulting from customer engagements.
• Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional execution and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or software.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership (VP level and above).
• Strong customer-facing experience managing enterprise and strategic customer relationships.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise software business models and customer retention strategies.
• Highly analytical and data-driven.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Prior experience in a Renewals, Customer Success, or Customer Advocacy organization.
• Track record driving cross-functional alignment on shared definitions of customer health and success criteria.
