Role Description

Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding and seeking Canada-based Physician Recruiters, Nursing Recruiters, and Business Development professionals to support our growing U.S. healthcare staffing operations. This is a fully remote, commission-driven role offering direct access to active U.S. healthcare client needs across high-demand specialties.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based healthcare roles
• Recruit for:
  • Physicians (Psychiatry, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesiology, Surgery)
  • Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs)
  • Nursing roles (RNs, specialty and hospital-based positions)
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and healthcare clients
• Support business development efforts with U.S. hospitals and healthcare systems
• Manage high-volume and/or high-value requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver talent solutions for urgent and ongoing staffing needs

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting physicians, APPs, or nurses (preferred)
• Background in U.S. healthcare staffing or business development
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment

Requirements

• Must reside in Canada
• Ability to complete a W-8BEN form
• Access to receive U.S.-based payments (USD)
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
