Role Description

We are seeking a Product Information Center Representative with expertise in supporting K-12 sales teams by serving as a central point of contact for complex product questions. This role:

• Researches inquiries across curriculum, content, digital functionality, pricing, and classroom implementation.
• Collaborates with product, marketing, platform operations, and support teams to deliver accurate responses.
• Maintains and shares product knowledge.
• Tracks inquiry trends.
• Supports sales tools, eCommerce setup, lifecycle management, and documentation.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

• Answer inquiries by Sales Representatives, Curriculum Specialists, and customer support teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve product related issues with high urgency.
• Use online tools, print resources, and a network of experts to resolve product questions.
• Work with Product Marketing and Academic Design to transfer product knowledge.
• Create and maintain sales tools to assist with product demonstrations, trainings, and placing orders.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of our industry and how educational products are sold and delivered.
• Demonstrated success with achieving service level expectations in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Benefits

• The pay range for this position is between $36,600 - $46,875 annually.
• Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
• An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package.
