Role Description

As a Key Account Support Coordinator , you’ll be the connection between one of our key national customers and our field engineers, coordinating critical work, solving problems, and ensuring we deliver on our promises.

• Plan and schedule field engineer visits, responding quickly and effectively to changing customer needs.
• Deliver outstanding service in every interaction, whether on a call or an email.
• Work closely with engineers, coordinators, and the wider business to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
