[Hiring] Key Account Manager @Halter

Role Description

We are searching for a driven and skillful Key Account Manager to work alongside and grow Halter’s enterprise customers. We’re looking for someone with commercial focus, X-factor communication skills, and the ability to drive change and communicate value.

• Manage a portfolio of large enterprise ranching businesses, from pilot stage through to full-scale integration with Halter technology.
• Responsible for the success and growth of Halter within these accounts.
• Build trusting relationships and identify opportunities within a ranch system to add value.
• Thrive in high-pressure environments, using initiative to make results happen.
• Negotiate contracts and report key KPIs to management.
• Communicate opportunities and drive change with ranch managers.
• Deep ranch systems knowledge and ability to drive change on a ranch.
• Frequent travel is required as part of the position.

• Enterprise experience – Managed large, complex accounts and know how to drive growth over time.
• Industry fluency – Real experience in ranching systems and know what success looks like on a modern enterprise ranch.
• Strong commercial instincts – Find value, expand accounts, and deliver results.

Requirements

• Embedded in the success of Halter’s largest and most strategic customers.
• Full ownership of key enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships.
• Work directly with senior leaders, boards, and multi-entity decision-makers.
• Build relationships with rural professionals, consultants, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Enterprise Sales to co-create account plans.
• Work closely with Halter’s product, support, and sales teams to champion accounts.
• Contribute to accurate revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
• Help evolve how we support and grow our largest customers.
