[Hiring] Junior Account Manager @DCX

Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based Junior Account Manager to join a growing U.S.-based marketing services company. In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day lead on a high-volume inventory management account supporting more than 20 retail consumer goods brands. You will oversee stock levels, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage layered event timelines, and act as the primary client-facing contact. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just execute tasks but anticipates what's coming, identifies gaps before they become problems, and proactively brings solutions to the table.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations, ideally in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Project management or inventory management experience is required.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or 3PL (third-party logistics) systems is a major advantage.
• Proficiency in project management or inventory tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet) is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-threaded accounts with numerous moving parts.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and building structure where none exists.

• Attention to Detail: Maintains a high level of accuracy in inventory records, shipment tracking, and account documentation.
• Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams across email, calls, and status updates.
• Problem Solving & Analysis: Identifies stock discrepancies and operational gaps early and resolves issues efficiently with recommended next steps.
• Account & Inventory Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of account management, inventory control, and fulfillment/logistics processes.
