[Hiring] Account Manager @Yellow Card Financial

Role Description

As an Account Manager, you will own the post-sale relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients across multiple industries, including enterprise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing on the revenue & growth strategy for your accounts, including cross-selling and upselling across fiat, stablecoin, and conversion products.
• Collaborating with colleagues across divisions, including sales, product, and trading, ensuring a constant focus on revenue generation and building Yellow Card Products and Services in line with customer demand.
• Identifying and mapping your customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the company or group, their decision makers, and key points of contact.
• Running regular account reviews to track account health and flag retention risks early.
• Working with our Salesforce lead to establish account management processes and procedures, and keeping client records and activity accurate in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• B2B account management experience: At least 8 years, ideally in financial services or a related sector.
• Experience managing enterprise clients, with the ability to explain which enterprise clients you managed and how.
• Experience selling similar products: fiat, stablecoin, and conversions.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience; using Salesforce is essential to this role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• For the Asia Pacific role based in Hong Kong: native Mandarin.

Requirements

• A background in payments or fintech companies (nice-to-have).
• Experience with cross-border payments, digital assets, or emerging markets (nice-to-have).
• Experience setting up account management processes in a growing business (nice-to-have).
