[Hiring] Enterprise Client Success Manager @BridgeCare Finance

Role Description

As Enterprise Client Success Manager, you'll own the post-sales relationship with our state and enterprise clients, driving adoption, guiding implementation, and turning our platform into the trusted system-of-record for their early childhood programs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, navigating procurement environments and legislative cycles to keep projects aligned and moving.
• Own renewal strategy and account health, and partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities like new modules.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to translate policy requirements (CCDF, licensing, workforce competencies) into product configuration.
• Advocate for client needs within the product roadmap based on regulatory changes and federal guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, program management, or public sector consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Background in or deep connection to ECE systems such as CCDF, subsidy, licensing, or QRIS.
• Clear, confident communication skills that flex across executives, frontline users, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable learning and managing software configuration in a no-code environment.
• Willingness to travel for onsite meetings, steering committees, and provider engagement sessions.
