[Hiring] Electrification Account Manager @IIIIIIUS

Role Description

ICF is seeking an Account Manager to support our clients and projects in our electric vehicle (EV) and Beneficial Electrification programs in the Central New York area. The Account Manager will provide program recruitment and technical support services for customers considering electrifying their light-, medium-, and heavy-duty fleet vehicles.

This position will be home-based and will require local travel to visit electric vehicle charging sites and meet with commercial customers in the New York area. The Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Conducting calls and in-person meetings with commercial, industrial, and public fleet customers daily.
• Educating customers on the benefits of fleet electrification and related technologies.
• Calculating financial savings potential of conversion opportunities.
• Logging outreach and meeting activities in program CRM tool.
• Discussing fleet electrification with customers to identify barriers and support services.
• Providing financial and business case analysis for deployment options.
• Acting as a liaison between the utility distribution group and customers.
• Supporting customer upgrade evaluation for customer side upgrade needs.
• Providing internal and external stakeholder support.
• Assisting customers in identifying and submitting for available grant and funding opportunities.
• Delivering technical training content and/or live training sessions.
• Leading or supporting project research for deployment needs.
• Supporting customers in acquiring vendor bids for site development and services.
• Attending client-sponsored and industry events to engage customers.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction with the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sustainability, Environment, Communications, Engineering or related fields OR 4+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Engagement, Energy Efficiency and/or Consulting or a related area.
• Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and drug screening.

Requirements

• Technical experience with light, medium, and/or heavy-duty electric vehicles and/or electric vehicle charging equipment.
• Experience working with a Utility either directly or in a consultative capacity.
• Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Data Analysis experience utilizing Tableau or PowerBi.
