[Hiring] Creator Management & Operations Intern @Greenlight Group

Role Description

We are hiring a Creator Management & Operations Intern to support Talent Managers, and the systems that keep Greenlight’s creator business moving. You will work close to the day-to-day reality of talent management:

• Tracking active opportunities
• Helping coordinate brand campaigns
• Organizing information
• Ensuring important details do not get lost

You will support deal and project tracking, keep key dates and next steps current, help prepare status updates, and assist with the coordination of deliverables, approvals, and campaign milestones. You will also contribute to practical tools:

• Trackers
• Templates
• Checklists
• Workflow notes

You will report to a Talent Manager and collaborate with the broader Greenlight team when an operational priority spans creators or pods. This is not a negotiation or creative-director role. Your job is to create the clarity and follow-through that allow talent managers to focus on creator relationships, partnership strategy, and closing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, entertainment, marketing, operations, communications, or a related field
• Equivalent experience through internships, project work, or leadership roles
• Exceptionally organized and dependable
• Comfortable keeping multiple small workstreams on track
• Experience with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, project-management tools, HubSpot, or another CRM is helpful
• Strong judgment and attention to detail
