[Hiring] Client Success Manager @Landmark Ventures

Role Description

Landmark Ventures is looking for a Manager, Client Success to join our Events & Experiences team. We work with leading global brands and high-growth B2B companies to bring the right people together – through intimate VIP dinners, executive roundtables, curated experiences, summits and other high-impact gatherings.

As a Manager, Client Success, you'll become a trusted day-to-day partner to a portfolio of Landmark clients. You'll help them think through:

• What they should do
• Where they should do it
• When it should happen
• Who should be in the room
• How to make each experience successful

You will also:

• Navigate calendars
• Prepare for client calls
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Answer operational questions
• Develop speaker materials
• Help recruit executives or speakers
• Track commitments and anticipate needs

This is a relationship-driven role at the intersection of client success, executive experiences, and execution.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in client success, account management, experiential marketing, events, hospitality, consulting, partnerships, or another high-touch client environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and engagements simultaneously
• Judgment and confidence to interact with senior executives
• Experience working with B2B technology companies, executive audiences, events, or experiential programs is valuable, but not required
• Comfortable with presentations, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and modern productivity tools
• Curious about how AI can enhance job performance
