Role Description

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, engagement, and retention by proactively providing support, educational resources, and strategic check-ins. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their results with our services while keeping them informed and engaged through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins via email, phone, and office hours to provide guidance and answer questions.
• Send out newsletters, blog articles, and other relevant content to keep clients informed and help them succeed.
• Identify potential issues or concerns early, proactively address them, and escalate when necessary.
• Host open office hours where clients can get direct support and insights to improve their results.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience, encourage renewals, and introduce additional services when appropriate.
• Provide assistance in managing client relationships and ensuring ongoing communication aligns with the company’s vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client success, customer support, or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide value-driven support.
• Experience with CRM tools, email marketing software, and online communication platforms.
• Proactive problem solver with a strong ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and initiatives effectively.
